Ski touring packs + bindings : Performance and freedom in the mountains

Discover our selection of ski touring packs + bindings, ideal for lovers of wide open spaces and wild nature. Designed to offer lightness, manoeuvrability and safety, these ski touring packs are perfect for exploring the mountains while enjoying an efficient ascent and controlled descent. Whether you're an experienced tourer or a beginner, we've got what you need for your adventure.

Why choose a ski touring pack + bindings?

Touring ski packs include both the skis and the appropriate bindings, optimising compatibility and guaranteeing optimum performance. Touring bindings are specially designed to allow greater mobility when ascending (in walking mode) while offering excellent safety and stability when descending (in skiing mode). Here are some of the advantages of choosing a pack:

  • Guaranteed compatibility: No need to worry about compatibility between skis and bindings, each pack is designed to work in harmony.
  • Lightweight and versatile: Touring skis are designed to be lightweight, which makes them easier to climb. What's more, their robust construction means they hold up well on a variety of snow types on the way down.
  • Ease of use: Touring bindings are adjustable, so you can quickly switch from ascent to descent mode, while offering a secure hold.

How do I choose a ski touring pack?

Choosing a pack depends mainly on your level, your skiing style and the terrain you want to explore. Here are a few criteria to consider:

  • Weight: For long ascents, opt for lightweight skis, but make sure their construction ensures stability on descents.
  • Binding type: Inset (low-tech) bindings are very popular for their light weight, while frame bindings offer greater safety for beginners.
  • Skate width: Wider skis (90mm and over) offer better flotation in deep snow, while narrower skis are more versatile for steep ascents and descents on hard snow.

You can also buy skins or knives to complement your touring skis
