Delivery methods and delivery charges
We prepare your orders with the utmost care. Orders received before 12 noon are processed the same day and orders received after 12 noon are dispatched the following day.
The stated delivery time is indicative and based on the date on which the goods are dispatched. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be added to the initial delivery time. Order tracking is available in your account and is sent to you by email.
Customs charges may apply for orders outside the European Union and are at your expense.

Withdrawal/return policy
In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. Returns are at the buyer's expense, up to a maximum of €4.99 (deducted from the refund).
Delivery terms for skis and snowboards
Delivery times for drilled skis may be longer than those stated above.
We would like to draw your attention to the assembly instructions for your skis and snowboards. Please complete all the assembly instructions. This will enable us to prepare and dispatch your order within the timescales announced on the website.
The lack of assembly instructions may cause delays in the preparation of your order.
