The Rossignol HERO GIANT FIS WHITE is a ski helmet designed specifically for competition. FIS RH 2013-certified, it meets the requirements for official races and is designed for athletes who refuse to compromise on protection and durability. Its Full-Shell Race construction provides structural rigidity engineered to withstand the intense demands of race skiing. Available in solid white, it comes in sizes XS and S for a custom fit tailored to specific body types.
The Rossignol HERO GIANT FIS WHITE ski helmet features an ABS Hardshell outer shell, a robust construction that offers high resistance to shocks and repeated impacts—common in high-level training and racing. The multi-density EPS inner foam absorbs and distributes impact forces across the entire structure. Carbon fiber integrated into the design reinforces overall rigidity while helping to keep the weight down to approximately 580 g. The FIS RH 2013 certification attests to the helmet’s compliance with the International Ski Federation’s international standards for speed disciplines. The ear pads are fixed, in accordance with the requirements for competitive ski racing.
The Fit Race profile ensures full head coverage and a precise fit during exertion. The chin strap is adjusted via a micrometric buckle, allowing for fine, repeatable adjustments—essential in competition where every centimeter counts. The inner padding is removable and washable, making it easy to clean after each session. The ear cups are optimized to maintain sufficient sound perception, which is helpful for communicating with the technical staff on the race courses.
The HERO GIANT FIS WHITE features an Airflow ventilation system, designed to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the helmet during prolonged exertion. Its compatibility with the Hero chin guard allows for additional facial protection depending on the discipline, without altering the helmet’s geometry. These two features address the specific needs of alpine competition, where equipment must adapt quickly to race conditions.
The Rossignol HERO GIANT FIS WHITE ski helmet is designed for alpine skiers competing in FIS events who are looking for a certified, durable, and precisely adjustable helmet. Its Hardshell ABS construction, official certification, and compatibility with a dedicated chin guard make it the ideal choice for giant slalom races and technical disciplines governed by international regulations.
