Conscious of our impact on the planet, we have redesigned the Backland 88 with an ecological approach. Thanks to a scientific life-cycle assessment, this ski boasts an impressive 30% reduction in production waste and CO2 emissions. New low-impact edgings minimize our ecological footprint while enhancing the ski's versatility in the mountains.
The Backland 88 features HRZN 3D technology, an evolution of the original HRZN Tech. Its unique beveled tip improves buoyancy in powder and integrates seamlessly into the Dura Cap edge, offering incredible responsiveness in all conditions. The all-terrain profile is based on local poplar, reducing the amount of fiberglass and resin for exceptional stability, even on harder terrain.
The Backland 88 is the ultimate all-rounder for ski touring enthusiasts. Its slight increase in width underfoot allows you to shine on all surfaces, whether virgin snow, deep powder or groomed pistes. Whatever challenges you face in the mountains, the Backland 88 is ready to take them on.
