The optimal choice for ski touring
The Wayback 98 is the ideal option for ski touring enthusiasts. Here's why:
Versatile profile
The ski features K2's All-Terrain Rocker™ technology, with a progressive rise at the front for exceptional versatility in all conditions, and a short rise at the rear for better control in variable snow.
Rugged construction
Titanal Touring Tech construction is based on the idea that downhill comes first. It incorporates titanal laminates into the design of our award-winning Wayback and Talkback skis. The light weight of our touring skis speaks for itself, and the satisfaction on your face at the end of the descent is testament to their exceptional downhill performance.
Ecological and responsive
The Wayback 98 uses biodegradable resin, a lightweight, environmentally friendly material that offers energetic, consistent flexibility over a wide temperature range.
A Paulownia core
The Paulownia core, a dynamic, flexible wood, offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The Wayback 98 is designed to satisfy the most demanding skiers, offering an exceptional balance between lightness and top-level performance. Don't miss your chance to discover excellence with K2. Enjoy your next mountain adventure with the Wayback 98.
