The ARW 84, a twin-tip designed for freestyle progression

The core of the ARW 84 consists of a hybrid poplar and composite construction, reinforced by a laminate matrix incorporating directional layers of fiberglass. This combination gives the ski a responsive feel without adding unnecessary weight: the measured weight is approximately 1,525 g per ski in the 157 cm length, which is well-suited for park and all-mountain use. The progressive flex, rated 6-7-7 on a scale of 1 to 10 from tip to tail, offers a tip that’s flexible enough to absorb landings and a stiffer tail that stabilizes your line at high speeds.

A freestyle rocker for instant maneuverability

The AR Freestyle Rocker geometry combines raised tips and tails with positive camber underfoot. This configuration makes it easier to initiate spins and ride switch, while maintaining a central support that provides precision on groomed snow. With sidecut dimensions of 117/84/109 mm, the ski features an 84 mm waist, allowing it to go beyond groomed runs: it handles both groomed snow and off-piste excursions with equal ease.

Durable components for heavy-duty use

The AR50 Sidewall edges combine edge grip with reduced swing weight—a useful balance for executing a series of tricks. The oversized, heat-treated 2.5 Impact Edge is designed to withstand the repeated impacts inherent in park riding. The sintered S7 base rounds out this package by optimizing glide speed, durability, and wax retention, thereby reducing the frequency of maintenance for season-after-season use.
