Rossignol positions the Super Arcade Pink Open as an all-mountain ski designed for intermediate to advanced skiers looking to explore the entire mountain, regardless of snow conditions. With generous dimensions and a rocker profile at the tip and tail, it promises agile handling without sacrificing stability on the descent. This ski is designed for both demanding skiers and mountain professionals—including instructors and patrol members—who need a versatile and reliable tool for everyday use. The 2027 collection refines this offering by incorporating several complementary technologies that work together to ensure consistent performance across a variety of snow conditions.

All-Mountain Performance and On-Mountain Handling

The Rossignol Super Arcade Pink Open is designed to cover the entire ski area without any deal-breaking compromises. On groomed runs, it offers precise and responsive handling thanks to its controlled stiffness; off-piste or in broken snow, its tip-to-tail rocker facilitates turn initiation and provides natural float without requiring excessive effort to control the ski. This hybrid profile, combined with a waist width of 94 mm, allows you to transition between terrain types without having to fundamentally change your technique. The ski is aimed at those seeking a responsive mountain companion capable of handling long and varied days on the slopes.

Dimensions and radius: balanced versatility

The 138-94-127 mm dimensions define a ski with a clear all-mountain focus. The 94 mm waist width offers enough contact surface for powder while remaining narrow enough to maintain grip on hard snow. The turning radius ranges from 12 to 18 meters depending on the length chosen, covering a spectrum from short, dynamic turns to sustained medium-radius turns. The available sizes, 170 and 178 cm, allow you to tailor the ski’s performance to your build and riding style: the 170 cm version prioritizes maneuverability, while the 178 cm version emphasizes stability at high speeds.

Construction and Integrated Technologies

The Super Arcade Pink Open’s construction is built on a solid foundation, with the following key elements:

• PEFC-certified poplar wood core: a lightweight, uniform wood that ensures a lively response and consistent performance along the entire length of the ski.
• Titanal Beam reinforcements: aluminum alloy inserts that increase torsional stiffness and improve stability at high speeds without significantly adding weight to the ski.
• Rectangular Full Sidewall: straight, full-length sidewalls that optimize pressure transfer to the edge, improving grip and turning precision.
• V-A-S (Vibration Absorption System): a vibration absorption system that maintains continuous contact with the snow, reducing fatigue on long runs.
• Sintered HD Base: a high-density sintered base that ensures efficient glide in all snow conditions and makes maintenance easier.

LCT (Line Control Technology) eliminates counter-flex to stabilize the line of descent, while the Air Tip lightens the tips to facilitate effortless maneuverability. The Extended Sidecut enhances grip at high speeds and improves responsiveness at low speeds—two qualities that are particularly valuable in changing conditions.

Finish and Durability

The Premium Hardtop topsheet provides enhanced resistance to everyday impacts and scratches—a practical advantage for an alpine ski used intensively throughout the season. The distinctive pink graphic finish makes this model instantly recognizable on the slopes, without compromising the ski’s mechanical properties.

The Rossignol Super Arcade Pink Open is designed for any intermediate to expert skier looking for a ski capable of handling a variety of conditions—from groomed runs to occasional off-piste excursions—without having to change gear. Its wood-Titanal construction, rocker profile, and 94 mm waist width make it a well-rounded choice for those who ski frequently and on a variety of terrains. Bindings are not included and must be purchased separately.
