With the HERO ST TI K + NX12 binding package,Rossignol offers a set designed for unisex intermediate to advanced skiers looking to improve or fully express themselves on the piste with a technical style similar to slalom. The ski’s sharp geometry, combined with a high-end construction featuring Titanal, meets the demands of skiers who prioritize precision in their line choice and commitment to the turn. The KONECT binding system, included in this pack, rounds out the package with direct power transfer and simplified adjustment.

A technical construction designed for on-piste performance

The HERO ST TI K features a PEFC-certified beechwood core, renowned for its stiffness and energy return in alpine on-piste skiing. This core is combined with a Full Titanal layer and V-Titanal technology, which work together to optimize shock absorption and stability at high speeds, while maintaining consistent balance along the entire length of the ski. The Rectangular Sidewall construction ensures direct lateral force transmission to the edge, resulting in crisp edge grip and precise terrain response. The Tip Rocker profile facilitates turn initiation by reducing the contact area at the tip, without compromising dynamic performance during the turn. With a waist width of 68 mm and a turning radius ranging from 11 to 14 meters depending on the length chosen, the ski is clearly designed for on-piste skiing focused on tight carving and technical slalom.

The KONECT system and NX 12 GripWalk bindings for uncompromising power transfer

The KONECT system is one of this package’s standout features. By connecting the front binding directly to the baseplate, it eliminates energy loss between the boot and the ski and preserves the ski’s natural flex along its entire length. Adjustments are tool-free, simplifying setup at the resort. The integrated NX 12 GripWalk bindings cover a DIN range of 3.5 to 12, making them compatible with a wide range of body types and skill levels. Their design ensures 180° multidirectional release, reducing stress on the joints in the event of a fall, and their GripWalk compatibility makes it easy to put on the boots and walk with rounded-heel soles.

LCT Technology for a Stable Trajectory

The LCT (Line Control Technology) integrated into the construction of the Rossignol HERO ST TI K + NX12 ski and binding set eliminates the phenomenon of counter-flex—that is, the unwanted deformation that can disrupt the ski’s trajectory when weighted. By neutralizing this undesirable movement, LCT contributes to increased stability when exiting turns and greater consistency in the line taken on technical runs or in varied conditions. The ski is available in three lengths—162, 167, and 172 cm—allowing skiers to choose the model that best suits their build and skiing style.
