Light as a feather, high-performance on the ascent and surprising on the descent: the BACKLAND 65 UL pack with SKIN 65 RED is designed for demanding ski tourers and skimo competitors.

Why choose the BACKLAND 65 UL + SKIN 65 RED?

Designed with the experience of Atomic athletes in the Ski Mountaineering World Cup, this ski prioritizes lightness without sacrificing performance. Its construction combines fiberglass and carbon with an ultra-light wood core (Ultra Light Woodcore) for faster ascents and safe descents.

Ascent performance

With optimized weight and tip notches that make it easy to attach skins (SKIN 65 RED), this model is designed for long climbs and quick transitions in competition. The ski + skin combo allows you to gain efficiency from the very first meters.

Downhill performance

Despite its minimalist orientation, the BACKLAND 65 UL remains stable and precise thanks to its Full Cap construction and well-balanced rockers. HRZN technology at the tips facilitates flotation in fresh snow and improves glide on wet snow.
