The RS range is Salomon's line of recreational skis. The RS 10 Vitane is at the top of this range, with a behavior that's close to competition skis, but much more forgiving and stable.
What's the construction of this skating ski?
The D-carbon foam core is a combination of lightweight foam and a carbon insert to ensure the rigidity needed for good relaunching.
The G5 sole used on Salomon's top-of-the-range skis is structured for optimized glide whatever the type of snow encountered. It offers remarkable glide for this price level.
Who is the RS 10 VITANE designed for?
This ski is designed for recreational skiers who enjoy the sport of skating, but don't want to compete.
Shift-in bindings included
The skis are delivered with pre-mounted Shift bindings. This binding allows you to vary the position of the boot on the ski by turning a knob. You can modify the pitch to suit the type of snow by moving the binding forward, for more support on hard snow, for example.
