Born from European artisanal craftsmanship, the XO V7 WHITE PINK DOTS ski is designed for skiers seeking precise, dynamic, and accessible carving on groomed runs. Engineered to execute a variety of turns with ease, it combines edge grip, stability, and lightness in a meticulously crafted design. Its flex, which is softer than that of the V3, makes it particularly well-suited for intermediate to advanced skiers who want to improve their skills without sacrificing the joy of skiing. The WHITE PINK DOTS graphic design offers a bold visual identity, ensuring you stand out on the slopes.

A carving ski designed for groomed slopes

The XO V7 WHITE PINK DOTS is first and foremost a performance-oriented alpine ski for groomed snow. With a score of 5 out of 5 for on-piste performance and 4 out of 5 for all-mountain performance, it excels in its specialty while remaining versatile enough to adapt to changing conditions throughout the day. Skiers who enjoy stringing together rhythmic turns, playing with their turn radius, and adjusting their skiing style will find this model responds precisely to every input. Freestyle use is secondary, as this ski is not designed for the park or tricks.

Waist Width and Profile: Grip Above All

With a waist width of 77 mm, the V7 WHITE PINK DOTS is clearly positioned in the category of carving-oriented piste skis. This narrow waist promotes firm contact with hard snow and ensures direct power transfer. The tip/waist/tail dimensions of 126/77/107 mm (for the reference size of 166 cm) create a geometry designed for sharp, well-defined turns. The slight rocker at the tip softens turn initiation, providing maneuverability and fluidity without compromising the precision characteristic of a ski with camber in the central section.

Sandwich construction: lightness and power transfer

The XO V7 WHITE PINK DOTS features a sandwich construction that combines several complementary elements. Here are the key components of this design:

• Wood core from tail to tip: provides natural energy return and a lively feel underfoot.
• Two layers of fiberglass: enhance torsional stiffness while keeping the overall weight down.
• High-density Premium Base: guarantees optimal glide performance on groomed snow and makes maintenance easier.
• Handcrafted in Europe: ensures a level of finish and consistency that is difficult to achieve in industrial production.

The stated weight of 2,860 g for the 166 cm size confirms this model’s focus on lightness, which translates to enhanced maneuverability and less fatigue at the end of the day.

Accessible flex: a forgiving ski that encourages progress

Compared to other models in the line, the V7 features a deliberately softer flex, making it more forgiving of less-than-perfect skiing techniques. This characteristic makes it a logical choice for intermediate to advanced skiers who want to learn technical carving without having to deal with the demanding stiffness of an expert ski. The response remains crisp and responsive, however, allowing skiers to progress with this ski as their technique improves.

For an intermediate-to-advanced skier who primarily skis on groomed runs and wants to refine their carving technique, the XO V7 WHITE PINK DOTS is a well-rounded and well-constructed choice. Its availability in a 154 cm length also makes it suitable for lighter skiers or those seeking greater maneuverability. The combination of a wood core, a handcrafted sandwich construction, and a slight rocker at the tip makes it a well-rounded tool for enjoying progress on groomed runs.
