With the M-FREE 94 OPEN,Dynastar offers a unisex freeride ski designed for advanced skiers seeking versatility between off-piste and on-piste skiing at the resort. With a waist width of 93 mm and a Full Sidewall Sandwich construction, it provides a stable foundation for skiing on a variety of snow conditions without sacrificing maneuverability. The progressive rocker profile at the tip and tail facilitates transitions and turn initiation, whether on groomed or fresh snow.

An eco-designed core that enhances the performance of the Dynastar M-FREE 94 OPEN skis

The Hybrid Core 2.0 is one of this model’s distinctive technical features. It features a three-layer poplar wood structure combined with reduced use of plastics, which minimizes its environmental impact without compromising the ski’s mechanical properties. This core is reinforced with Titanal, an aluminum alloy that improves shock absorption and grip on hard snow, particularly when skiing on groomed runs or in icy conditions. Unidirectional fiberglass completes the design, adding lightness and responsiveness to the entire structure.

Geometry tailored to each length for smooth turns

Adaptiv Sidecut technology adjusts the ski’s geometry based on the selected length, ensuring consistent turn transitions regardless of the size chosen. Available in 171, 179, and 188 cm, the M-FREE 94 OPEN features a 13-meter radius in the standard 171 cm size, increasing to 17 meters in the 188 cm size. This progressive design provides the skier with predictable and engaging handling, whether in short turns or long, high-speed turns. The 125 mm tip and 115 mm tail ensure good float in deep snow while maintaining precise grip when initiating turns.

A race-ready base for optimized glide in alpine skiing

The Race-Ready Sintered HD base is a high-density sintered base that absorbs and retains wax better than a conventional extruded base, resulting in better glide over time. This type of base requires regular maintenance to reach its full potential, but it performs well in changing mountain conditions, from morning refreeze to spring snow. The term “OPEN” indicates that these alpine skis are sold without bindings, allowing skiers to choose the binding system that best suits their body type and skiing style.

The Dynastar M-FREE 94 OPEN skis are designed for experienced skiers looking for a versatile freeride ski, built with technical materials and a length-dependent geometry, to help them improve their skills across the entire ski area.
