Elan PLAYMAKER 111 Ski Set + Bindings

The Elan Playmaker 111 2026-2027 is a twin-tip ski designed for freeride and backcountry freestyle, intended for intermediate to expert skiers who want to combine floatation in powder with creative riding. With a 111 mm waist and a Surf Rocker profile (rocker at the tip and tail with camber underfoot), it offers excellent floatation in fresh snow while remaining maneuverable for tricks and switch skiing.

Its Tubelite Woodcore construction, reinforced with longitudinal carbon bars, provides a good balance of lightness and stability, with a listed weight of 1,690 g per ski in the 172 cm length. The 3D Trapezoid shape and Dual Float technology ensure a powerful platform underfoot and reduced weight at the tip and tail to maximize float. The dimensions of 142-111-132 mm and a 18-meter turning radius in the 172-cm length make it a versatile ski, capable of stringing together turns in both transformed snow and deep powder.

Designed for advanced to expert alpine skiers, the Playmaker 111 is aimed at riders looking for a fun ski capable of surfing, slashing, and riding switch, without sacrificing the stability needed for varied terrain. Its twin-tip design and pronounced rocker make it a top choice for backcountry freestyle, while still delivering strong performance in all-mountain freeride.
