Men's touring skis

Men's touring skis: performance and freedom in the mountains

Men's touring skis are specially designed for skiers seeking both efficiency on the way up and pleasure on the way down. Ideal for exploring unmarked terrain and venturing far from conventional trails, these skis combine lightness and stability, offering an excellent compromise between climbing and gliding, even on demanding snow.

Each ski touring outing is a new adventure, where you climb metres of vertical drop with equipment optimized for effort. Lightweight and high-performance, these skis enable you to negotiate technical passages, sometimes worthy of mountaineering, particularly on the glaciers of the Alps. Far from the hustle and bustle of ski resorts, they offer privileged access to immaculate landscapes, combining physical effort with a feeling of freedom.

Why choose touring skis for men?

Ski touring combines the technicality of downhill skiing with the freedom of the great outdoors, far from ski lifts. Thanks to their specific bindings, which release the heel on ascents and lock on descents, these skis can tackle all types of terrain while guaranteeing optimum performance on different snow qualities.

Features of men's touring skis

Lightness: optimized construction (wood, carbon, fiberglass) to minimize fatigue on ascents.
Versatility: Suitable for gentle slopes as well as technical and challenging terrain.
Specific bindings: Compatible with sealskins for efficient, safe climbing.
Seals: Essential for grip, seals are easily attached to the underside of the skis.
Width and rocker: Depending on your priorities, opt for lightness for ascents or stability for descents.

How to choose your men's touring skis?

Your level: Beginner, intermediate or expert, there are models to suit every skier.
Type of terrain: A thin, light ski is ideal for fast ascents, while a wider model offers more lift for descents.
Weight: For long distances, an ultra-light ski is recommended. For more challenging descents, opt for a sturdier, more stable model.

Don't forget to equip your men's touring skis with essential accessories: knives, sealskins and a suitable backpack to optimize your mountain outings.
