Designed for young competitive alpine skiers, the Rossignol HERO FOREARM PROTEC JR guards are engineered to reduce the risk of impact from slalom gates during training and races. Their ergonomic design, specifically tailored for juniors, ensures a snug fit that adapts to young athletes’ body shapes without restricting their mobility. Lightweight and quick to put on, they fit easily over a racing suit.

Protection and freedom of movement for young slalom racers

The outer shell, made of polyamide and polypropylene, offers impact resistance suitable for repeated contact with the poles, while the internal single-density foam padding ensures effective shock absorption. This combination of materials reduces the transmission of shocks to the forearm without adding weight: the pair weighs no more than 200 grams. The ergonomic junior design preserves a natural range of motion, which is essential for maintaining a fluid racing technique between the gates.

A quick and secure fit on the slopes

The hook-and-loop closures allow you to adjust the protectors in just a few seconds, whether before the start or between training runs. The silicone strap system helps keep the pads securely in place throughout the run, without slipping or requiring repositioning. The one-size-fits-all design covers the U8 through U16 age groups, making it a versatile piece of gear to support young alpine skiers’ progress over multiple seasons.

Certified gear, inspired by the World Cup circuit

The HERO FOREARM PROTEC JR are CE-certified, attesting that they meet European regulatory requirements for personal protective equipment. Their design is inspired by the World Cup Hero racing style, a benchmark in the world of competitive alpine skiing. Sold as a pair, they provide a complete set of gear right out of the box, with no additional accessories needed.
