Unisex and designed for skiers seeking on-piste performance, the LEKI WCR CORE TR glove features a Race Fit design with a pronounced pre-curve that hugs the hand tightly for maximum grip in all conditions. Its construction combines multiple technical layers to meet the demands of racing and the harshest winter conditions.

Technical materials for control and warmth in the LEKI WCR CORE TR Gloves

The palm combines premium-quality goatskin leather and PU, two materials known for their abrasion resistance and precise grip on handles. Silicone-reinforced grip pads round out the design by providing additional traction, which is particularly useful during changes in pace or technical turns. For insulation, the back of the hand features a Hyperloft layer, while the palm incorporates Thinsulate™, a thin, high-performance thermal insulation that preserves finger mobility without sacrificing warmth. The Micro Bemberg lining completes the inner layer for direct comfort against the skin.

Enhanced protection to tackle demanding conditions

The SOFT-TEX® membrane ensures the glove is waterproof and windproof, forming an effective barrier against the elements. Mechanical protection is provided by a ceramic shell combined with reinforced ceramic padding and EVA padding—three elements that reduce impact in the event of a fall or contact with hard surfaces. The neoprene cuff provides a flexible fit around the wrist, helping to ensure the glove’s waterproof seal while maintaining freedom of movement.

The Trigger system for a direct connection to the pole

The WCR CORE TR glove features the Trigger system, which establishes a direct connection between the hand and the pole for enhanced control. This mechanism allows for quick engagement and release—a real advantage during races when every move counts. This system is compatible with all Trigger-series ski apparel and alpine poles, making it easy to build a cohesive gear setup.
