The Guide Pro ski mittens were born on the same off-piste trails in Chamonix where the brand has been testing its equipment for years. These mittens embody the spirit of the models designed for guides and ski patrollers, with one major change this season: reinforced palms, thumbs, and fingers. This sturdy structure allows you to handle ropes, shovels, or technical equipment without fear of premature wear. The interior is organized with separations for each finger, a rare feature for this type of product, which offers a noticeable gain in warmth without compromising precision of movement.
Noble, breathable leather to withstand the elements
Sun-dried cowhide leather gives this model a remarkable tactile quality and natural resistance to the elements. Its suppleness provides immediate comfort, without any break-in period. Furthermore, the absence of a membrane promotes better air circulation, while maintaining optimized waterproofing thanks to the leather's pre-treatment. This approach enhances durability to maintain a stable feeling of warmth, even when moisture or snow are present on the slopes. With proper care, this high-end leather develops an elegant patina over time.
Deep insulation and optimal support in extreme cold
Thinsulate™ 200 g+ insulation guarantees generous warmth down to -30°C, without weighing down the mitt or restricting movement. The long cuff provides effective protection against wind and cold, whilethe elasticated wrist ensures a natural closure, preventing icy air from seeping in. This stable construction, designed for long days in the cold, has been adopted by many professionals who appreciate its perfect balance of extended comfort, thermal protection, and endurance in the field.
