Designed for female skiers who tackle days on the mountain in demanding winter conditions, the Dakine Women’s Sequoia 2.0 GORE-TEX Gloves combine protection from the elements with practicality on the slopes. Their GORE-TEX ePE Gore Plus Warm insert simultaneously optimizes the inner lining, membrane, and outer material to keep hands warm for extended periods. The removable Storm Liner, which is touchscreen-compatible, adds a welcome layer of versatility for everyday use.

Waterproofing and insulation designed for active female skiers

The GORE-TEX ePE insert, combined with Gore Plus Warm technology, forms the technical core of these women’s ski gloves. By optimizing every layer—from the membrane to the outer shell—it delays heat loss even as temperatures drop. Hi Loft insulation, with 110 g on the back of the glove and 230 g in the palm, enhances this thermal performance without adding bulk. The shell, made of 55% recycled polyester and 45% polyester, features a PFC-free DWR treatment that repels water without using perfluorinated compounds. The AX Rev PU rPET palm, also treated with a PFC-free DWR, provides a reliable grip on ski lifts and poles.

Functional details for the Women’s Sequoia 2.0 GORE-TEX Gloves on the trail

The one-handed cuff closure lets you adjust or remove the gloves without leaving your hands exposed. The removable wrist strap, equipped with an adjustable cord lock, prevents you from losing a glove while riding the lift or during technical stops. The thumb features two useful accessories for the snow: a soft fabric nose wipe and a built-in scraper to clear snow from your ski goggles. The waterproof, zippered outer pocket can hold a hand warmer for particularly cold days. The 280 g Storm Liner lining, made of 4-way stretch fleece, is easily removable, allowing for two different configurations depending on conditions.

Sustainable materials for durable construction

The shell and insulation incorporate recycled materials, and the liner is made from 100% recycled polyamide. These ski garments, designed with recycled materials, are part of an effort to reduce environmental impact without compromising technical performance. Easy to care for, the entire glove is machine-washable, which simplifies gear maintenance at the end of the season.

The Dakine Women’s Sequoia 2.0 GORE-TEX Gloves combine optimized thermal insulation, GORE-TEX-certified waterproofing, and a range of functional features tailored to women’s alpine skiing in a single design.
