The tour of Cap de la Chèvre from Morgat begins by skirting the bay of Douarnenez. You'll pass the Fort du Kador, dating from 1861, then the lighthouse of the same name, before rounding the Grande Roche, the pointe de St-Hernot, the pointe de Rostudel and the pointe du Dolmen before arriving at Cap de la Chèvre. This part of the route is a physical one, with the path often rocky and a series of steep climbs followed by rapid descents. You'll need to equip yourself accordingly: good hiking boots, retractable walking poles , rucksack and plenty to eat and drink! Once you've passed the cape, you'll continue along the coast to pass in front of the Pointe de Kerroux and finish the loop on a path through a dune landscape.
