The Leki WCR EVO LITE SL TR is a single-tube alpine ski pole designed specifically for young slalom racers and juniors in training. Its HTS 6.5 aluminum construction combines lightness and durability, weighing approximately 239 g at 105 cm. Its Airfoil profile and features directly inspired by competition make it a precise tool, suited to the demands of the marked course.

Lightweight and rigid construction for racing

The fixed-length, single-piece design ensures direct energy transfer with every push, without sacrificing stiffness. The 16-mm-diameter HTS 6.5 aluminum tube offers good resistance to the repetitive stresses of slalom racing, while remaining significantly lighter than a standard model. The Airfoil profile reduces air resistance during fast runs—a tangible advantage during timed training sessions. The steel tip with a carbide insert ensures precise grip on hard snow and ice, two conditions commonly encountered in junior competition.

Grip and safety designed for small hands

The Leki WCR EVO LITE SL TR features the Trigger 3D SL Compact grip, whose ergonomic design is tailored to junior hand sizes. Four anti-slip grooves naturally position the fingers, and an additional support area stabilizes the grip for small hands. The Trigger Vario Strap works in conjunction with the Trigger 3D system, whose multidirectional release mechanism frees the hand in the event of a fall, reducing the risk of wrist injury during a gate run or off-piste excursion.

Versatility and Easy Maintenance

The pole is available in several lengths, from 100 to 120 cm in 5-cm increments, to adapt to each young skier’s skill level and body type. The Racing/Trekking baskets can be replaced without tools, simplifying maintenance between runs and allowing the pole to be quickly adapted to the terrain. The model is unisex and part of the brand’s Winter 2027 collection.
