Elan ACE SC3 S BLACK SX EL 10.0 GW Ski Set

This unisex alpine ski set is designed for beginner to intermediate skiers who want to improve their skills on the slopes under good conditions. The Elan ACE SC3 S BLACK SX EL 10.0 GW features a forgiving construction and geometry designed to make learning to carve easier, with an Early Rise Rocker profile that simplifies the initiation of turns and a high-speed sintered base for smooth glide.

The Elan ACE SC3 S BLACK SX EL 10.0 GW package: an introduction to carving

The ski’s geometry features a sidecut of 122/74/103 mm, with a waist width of 74 mm that’s particularly well-suited for groomed runs. The Early Rise Rocker profile at the tip makes it easier to initiate turns, while the central camber ensures grip and power transfer through the turn. The result: predictable handling that supports skill development without overwhelming the skier.

A construction designed for shock absorption and stability

The Dual Woodcore ensures effective power transfer while maintaining a certain lightness. It is complemented by Mono Ti reinforcement—a layer of titanal that provides stability at moderate speeds and improves shock absorption on uneven terrain. Active Suspension Drive technology also plays a role in vibration management, making the ride more comfortable on less-groomed sections of the trail. Finally, the Full Power Cap construction helps lighten the overall weight and makes the ski more forgiving for skiers who are still learning.

GripWalk bindings round out the package

The package includes EL 10.0 GW Shift bindings, compatible with GripWalk-sole boots—a standard that makes walking around the resort easier thanks to a slightly curved sole. The DIN adjustment range of 3 to 10 covers a wide spectrum of skill levels, from the cautious beginner to the more committed intermediate skier. The Shift X plate acts as the interface between the ski and the binding, contributing to the transmission of feedback and the overall responsiveness of the system. This package is available in lengths of 152, 160, 168, and 176 cm to accommodate different body types.

• Sintered High Speed Gliding base: a sintered base that provides smooth glide and makes long-term maintenance easier.
• Weight of 4,270 g per pair with bindings (152 cm length): an affordable set that doesn’t unnecessarily weigh down your skiing experience.
• 2027 Collection: This set is designed for the 26/27 season, ensuring compatibility with current equipment.
