Designed for female skiers who prioritize comfort without sacrificing control, the K2 ANTHEM 85 BOA is aimed at intermediate to advanced skiers who want to enjoy full days on the slopes with a snug fit and precise power transfer. Designed for all-mountain use, it combines proven support technologies with a modern lacing system for a smooth skiing experience from the first chairlift to the last. Its women’s-specific profile ensures a fit tailored to the female foot’s anatomy, where a generic boot would fall short.

A MultiFIT last for all-day comfort

The K2 ANTHEM 85 BOA features the MultiFIT Last with a metatarsal width of 97 to 100 mm —a medium-volume last that accommodates a wide variety of foot shapes while maintaining effective lateral support. This design prevents excessive pressure points without creating excess play that could interfere with riding. The soft, anatomically shaped LuxFit Liner directly contributes to this comfort, which is felt from the very first time you put the boot on. The shell and cuff are also fully thermoformable, allowing a bootfitter to precisely adapt the boot to your foot for a custom fit if necessary.

Flex 85 and Construction: A Balance of Flexibility and Precision

With a flex rating of 85, the ANTHEM 85 BOA offers a response suited to intermediate to advanced skiers who alternate between varied slopes and all-mountain terrain. This level of stiffness allows for comfortable forward flex when turning, while transmitting power with enough precision to help you improve your technique. The TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane) shell and polypropylene cuff provide structural integrity, while PowerFuse SpYne technology reinforces the bond between the shell and cuff for improved lateral force transmission. Powerlite Shell technology lightens the construction without compromising structural stiffness, and Energy Interlock ensures continuous energy transfer between the foot and the ski.

BOA and buckle closure: quick and precise adjustment

The closure system combines two classic upper buckles with a BOA® Fit system on the lower shell, allowing for fine, progressive adjustment of the fit around the instep without having to remove your gloves. FastFIT Instep technology facilitates precise adjustment on the instep, an area that’s often difficult to fit properly. A 30-mm adjustable Velcro strap completes the system by providing additional support at the top of the boot shaft. This combination allows you to independently adjust the tightness in the lower and upper sections, tailoring the boot’s performance to the type of terrain or the intensity of your activity.

GripWalk Sole and Walking Comfort

The ISO 23223-certified GripWalk sole features a rounded profile that facilitates natural walking between runs, on ski lifts, or on snow-covered surfaces. Compatible with modern GripWalk-approved alpine bindings, it makes no compromises on safety when stepping out of the boot. The Modular Honeycomb Bootboard, composed of a combination of soft and hard inserts, optimizes pressure distribution underfoot and contributes to thermal and proprioceptive comfort throughout the day.

The K2 ANTHEM 85 BOA is a ski boot designed for intermediate to advanced female skiers who want to improve their skills across the entire mountain without sacrificing comfort. The combination of a balanced 85 flex, a thermoformable MultiFIT liner, and the BOA system makes it a solid choice for those looking to ski longer, with greater ease and a reliable fit regardless of foot shape.
