The AIRBAG REACTOR SWITCH EXPLORE 40, from Arva, combines safety, comfort, and modularity in a single bag.

This modular Switch system allows you to combine the Reactor 2.0base with a 40 L Explore volume, perfect for your mountain expeditions.

The Reactor 2.0 system , the lightest on the market (650 g), is TÜV GS certified and complies with the EN 16716 standard, offering proven reliability without electronic components.

The two airbags (150 L) provide optimal protection thanks to their contoured shape, which helps you float to the surface in the event of an avalanche.

Designed for comfort, the bag features a thermoformed back panel that can be adjusted (40–50 cm) using the 3D-Fitsystem, ergonomic shoulder straps, and a removable waist belt

The Explore 40 Switch Cover includes:

• a front pocket for safety equipment (shovel/probe),
• a dedicated pocket for goggles/mask,
• a base pocket for crampons, skins or rope accessible from the bottom,
• pockets on the waist belt,
• ski carrying systems (diagonal or A-Frame), snowboard and ice axe
• Environmentally friendly, it is made from recycled 420D + 630D polyamide, PFC-free, Made in France, with a built-in safety whistle
• The total weight (bag + system, excluding cartridge) is 2,030 g
