A hybrid construction designed to absorb impacts

The Salomon DRIVER PRO SIGPHOTO MIPS Helmet features a hybrid shell that combines an upper shell made of injection-molded ABS with a lightweight lower shell made of molded material. This construction serves a dual purpose: providing a sturdy structure while ensuring a comfortable fit. The helmet also incorporates several safety-focused technologies to enhance protection in the demanding environment of alpine skiing.

• MIPS®: helps better manage rotational forces in the event of an impact.
• EPS4D technology: improves energy absorption to enhance protection.
• Hybrid shell: combines strength with a lightweight design for a more comfortable skiing experience.
• Injected ABS outer shell: provides a durable structure suited to the demands of the mountains.

A precise fit for a stable, long-lasting fit

For protection to remain effective, the fit must be precise. This ski helmet features the Custom Dial 360° system, which allows for a more precise adjustment to your head circumference. The MaxFit construction of the ear pads contributes to a more natural fit around the ears, for greater comfort during physical activity. Available in sizes 56–59 and 59–62, this model is designed to provide a fit that matches your head shape.

• Custom Dial 360°: allows you to adjust the helmet precisely for a personalized fit.
• MaxFit earcup construction: enhances comfort at the side contact points.
• Unisex design: suitable for a variety of skiers.
• Weight of 720 g: offers a moderate weight for a helmet with a visor.

Photochromic visor and active ventilation for better terrain visibility

The SIGMA™ Photo visor is one of this visor helmet’s key features. It offers a wide field of view, enhances color contrast, and adapts to varying weather conditions thanks to its multi-layer photochromic coating. Its Cat. 1-3 visible light transmission allows it to handle a variety of conditions while maintaining a more comfortable view of the terrain. The helmet also features an active ventilation system, which helps manage airflow inside the helmet during use.

• SIGMA™ Photochromic Visor: adjusts the tint to changes in light levels.
• Wide field of view: improves perception of the surroundings on the slopes.
• Enhanced contrast: helps you better distinguish terrain features and changes in the landscape.
• Active ventilation: promotes better airflow inside the helmet.

Simplified Compatibility and Daily Ski Use

The Salomon DRIVER PRO SIGPHOTO MIPS Helmet is designed to simplify your gear setup at the resort. Its integrated visor reduces the need to pair a helmet with goggles, while remaining compatible with prescription glasses. It meets the CE-EN 1077 ski standard, an essential benchmark for your safety on the slopes.
