MSR Hubba Hubba HD 1P Tent: Comfort, Lightweight, and All-Weather Protection

The MSR Hubba Hubba HD 1P tent is designed for demanding solo adventurers looking for reliable, spacious, and lightweight shelter that can withstand changing weather conditions in three seasons. Whether you're going on a multi-day hike, bikepacking, or a challenging trek, this tent offers an excellent compromise between livability, durability, and weather performance.

Maximum protection from the elements

The Hubba Hubba HD features a PFAS-free waterproof flysheet, reinforced waterproof seams, and DAC NFL poles renowned for their strength and lightness. This structure ensures excellent wind resistance and optimal stability, even when the weather turns bad. Additional guy lines allow the tent to be adapted to exposed terrain and reinforce the anchorage in stormy conditions.

Optimized interior space for solo comfort

With an interior surface area of 1.82 m² and a ceiling height of 99 cm, the Hubba Hubba HD 1P offers remarkable volume for a solo tent. The rectangular groundsheet perfectly accommodates modern sleeping pads without narrowing at the feet, allowing you to settle in comfortably even during long evenings waiting for the rain to stop.

Effective ventilation and condensation management

The inner fabric cleverly combines protective nylon with dyed-through mesh panels, ensuring effective air circulation while protecting you from insects. The improved vents with flysheet stays promote moisture removal, greatly reducing condensation, even in humid conditions.

Smart functionality and organization

The large side vestibule provides shelter for your bag and gear, while the StayDry™ door with integrated gutter prevents water from entering when you enter and exit. Inside, you'll enjoy ample hanging storage, pockets with cable grommets, and an integrated clothesline, ideal for drying wet clothes.

Lightweight and environmentally friendly

Weighing just 1.20 kg, this tent is perfect for adventures where every gram counts. MSR uses solution-dyed fabrics for the floor, mosquito net, and flysheet, reducing water and energy consumption and carbon emissions by at least 80% compared to older processes.

Quick and reliable setup

Thanks to its unified pole system with central connector and symmetrical design, the Hubba Hubba HD can be pitched quickly, a major advantage when a storm is threatening. Metal corner fittings and the 8 included Mini-Groundhog™ stakes ensure a solid anchor on all types of terrain.

Spacious, breathable, and ultra-reliable, the MSR Hubba Hubba HD 1P tent is a high-end shelter for solo campers who want to sleep soundly, even when nature rages.
