The RECON HARDSIDE 16L hard cooler from Dometic has been designed to meet the needs of demanding adventurers, impromptu outings, and everyday journeys. High-performance insulation and lightweight design

Thanks to its injection-molded design combined with 5 cm of high-performance insulation, this cooler effectively maintains cold temperatures for long periods of time. This technology also reduces the overall weight: the Recon range is up to 30% lighter than rotomolded coolers of equivalent size, without compromising on strength or thermal efficiency.

Easy access and maximum versatility

The non-slip lid opens on either side and can be completely removed for full access to the contents. The die-cast metal latches, which can be operated with one hand, ensure quick opening and also serve as an integrated bottle opener. Convenient at the front or rear of the vehicle, the cooler adapts to all situations.

Insulated water dispenser function

The RECON HARDSIDE 16L is more than just a cooler. It can also be used as an insulated water dispenser thanks to the included tap and connection caps. The insulated drain plug, held in place by a magnetic system, ensures clean and safe use. It is also compatible with the Dometic Water Faucet (sold separately).

Stackable, secure, and easy to transport

The non-slip feet fit perfectly into other Recon coolers for stable and secure stacking, optimizing space without waste. The soft ergonomic handles with magnetic closures ensure comfortable transport with one or two hands, even when the cooler is fully loaded.

With a capacity of 16 liters, it can hold up to 18 cans and easily accommodates wine bottles. Its size has been designed to fit easily at the passenger's feet in a car, making it the perfect companion for quick trips, picnics, or long outdoor adventures.
