Returns and refunds
If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to do so. Returns are at the buyer's expense, at a cost of €4.99, deducted from the refund, for mainland France. For customers residing outside mainland France, return costs are entirely at their expense and no return label will be provided.
In the event of a return, you will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the package in our store.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a new product to be sent to you, you will need to place a new order.
