In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, you have a 14-day* cancellation period starting from the date you receive the package (if this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it is extended to the next business day). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, up to €4.99 (which will be deducted from the refund). For customers residing outside of Metropolitan France, return shipping costs are entirely their responsibility, and no return label will be provided. No return packages shipped to a pickup location will be accepted.

How do I return products to Speck?

- Fill out the form below within 14 days of receiving your order
- We’ll send you a return label within 24 to 48 hours.
- Include a copy of your purchase invoice in your package
- Be sure to send the package to the following address:

You will be refunded within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the package. Since the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, €4.99 will be deducted from your refund.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: personalized products or those custom-made to the buyer’s specifications; skis that have been drilled or mounted; climbing skins cut to fit the customer’s equipment; thermoformed boots; and food items.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be new, tagged, and in its original packaging. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the return being refused and the item being reshipped at your expense.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which amount to €4.99 and will be deducted from your refund.
