What is the construction of the MTN 86 W CARBON?
This mixed touring ski is light at just 1.1kg, for very comfortable ascents. Its wood core is reinforced with carbon , making it robust and vibration-reducing, so it's a pleasure to ski. Thanks to its sandwich construction and classic camber, you'll benefit from thegrip you need to perform well downhill, and always feel confident even on the toughest slopes.
It has a rocker in the tip, which enables it to get out of the way in fresh snow. The tip is designed with Cork Damplifier technology: it contains cork for good shock absorption. The ski's heel features an opening for easy attachment of the skins included.
MTN skins included:
MTN skins from Salomon are included in this pack and are made from 65% mohair and 35% polyamide. Thanks to their hydrophobic membrane, they prevent snow from sticking to them.
