With the 27 FATE, Nitro offers a unisex snowboard designed for riders looking to improve their skills across the entire ski area, from groomed runs to park features. Its directional twin design gives it true versatility—it’s just as comfortable riding in either direction—while its balanced flex provides plenty of forgiveness without sacrificing responsiveness.

The 27 FATE: an all-mountain profile designed for progression

The 27 FATE’s directional twin shape places the rider in a slightly forward position, which promotes precision in turns while maintaining the symmetry needed for riding switch. This geometry is ideal for both intermediate riders looking to refine their technique and experienced riders who tackle a variety of terrain throughout the day. The board is designed for continuous progression rather than extreme specialization.

A Cam-Out camber and a Dual Degressive sidecut for balanced performance

The Cam-Out camber combines the advantages of traditional camber—notably edge grip and precision when exiting turns—with greater tolerance for mis-edging. Paired with the Dual Degressive sidecut, which gradually adjusts the radius of curvature along the length of the base, the 27 FATE offers smooth turn initiation and reliable grip at any speed. The entire technical profile is designed to make the board accessible without making it predictable.

Availability and Setup

The 27 FATE is available in Ultra Black for the 2027 collection, with binding compatibility for sizes S/M. Standard and wide width options are available depending on the rider’s build, allowing the setup to be tailored to the rider’s physique without compromising the board’s riding characteristics.
