Versatile snowboard bindings for precise control

The Burton Men’s Cartel Re:Flex snowboard bindings are described by the manufacturer as versatile snowboard bindings offering a balance between comfort and control, making them a suitable choice for a wide range of riding situations. The Re:Flex™ mounting system ensures an optimized interface with most boards and lets you take full advantage of your snowboard’s response without complicating setup. This versatility is evident in both cornering and transition handling, delivering smooth control across different snow conditions. For male riders seeking a single binding for most of their outings, this model offers a solid and consistent foundation.

A rigid composite base for stable support

At the heart of these Burton MEN'S CARTEL RE:FLEX snowboard bindings, the base is made of nylon composite with 30% fiberglass, a material that combines lightness and structural rigidity. This construction promotes the transfer of pressure to the edge, which helps maintain a precise line during direction changes. The inclusion of this percentage of fiberglass provides firm support underfoot, which is useful for maintaining stability at high speeds or during heavy pressure on the bindings. This allows the snowboarder to better harness the characteristics of their board without a feeling of excessive flex in the binding.

Technical straps for consistent support

To wrap around the foot, these Burton Men's Cartel Re:Flex snowboard bindings are equipped with Hammockstrap 2.0 ankle straps, designed to distribute pressure points over a wide area. This type of strap helps provide consistent support for the instep, minimizing discomfort while improving responsiveness during weight shifts. At the front, the Supergrip Capstrap™ toe straps are positioned at the tip of the boot to secure the entire assembly and stabilize the foot within the binding. Smooth Glide™ buckles complete this system by making tightening and loosening easier, allowing you to quickly adjust the fit depending on the terrain or the length of your session.

Spoiler adjustment for customized support

The spoiler on the Burton MEN'S CARTEL RE:FLEX snowboard bindings features a DialFLAD™ tilt adjustment, which allows for precise adjustment of forward lean according to the rider’s preferences. This system helps achieve the desired balance between rear support and freedom of movement by increasing or decreasing the spoiler’s angle relative to the board. A steeper setting favors backside edge pressure and is ideal for more aggressive riding, while a more neutral angle suits more relaxed rides. This system thus offers a useful range of customization to fine-tune the bindings’ performance according to your style and your snowboard.

The Burton Men's Cartel Re:Flex snowboard bindings combine a reinforced composite base, technical straps, and DialFLAD™ spoiler adjustment to offer male snowboarders a versatile package focused on comfort and control.
