Spyder designed the SHREDDER SNOW SET for young skiers who spend day after day on the slopes, no matter the weather. This two-piece junior set features a matching jacket and pants, both insulated, to provide lasting warmth in winter conditions. The jacket’s 10K/10K waterproof/breathable membrane ensures effective protection against snow and moisture, without restricting the movement of children who are still learning to ski.

The Spyder SHREDDER SNOW SET: insulation designed for long days on the slopes

The jacket features 240 gsm insulation, while the pants have 180 gsm insulation: two levels of insulation tailored to address varying levels of cold exposure across different areas of the body. The fixed snow skirt on the jacket creates a continuous barrier with the pants, preventing snow from seeping in during falls or while playing in powder snow. The elastic snow gaiter at the bottom of the pants completes this system by ensuring a watertight seal around the ski boots.

Reinforced construction for heavy-duty use

Children’s skiwear must withstand repeated wear and tear: falls, slips, and contact with hard snow. The SHREDDER SNOW SET meets this requirement thanks to heavy-duty Oxford fabric reinforcements at the knees and the pant hem—two areas particularly prone to abrasion. This design extends the set’s lifespan over several seasons of heavy use.

Functional details tailored for children

The adjustable hood allows for a custom fit based on body shape and weather conditions. The hidden handwarmer pockets, secured with Velcro, provide safe storage without adding bulk to the silhouette. The detachable suspenders on the pants make it easy to change gear and adjust equipment at the base of the slopes. The set is available in Dark Navy, in sizes ranging from 2 to 6 years, to accompany young skiers on their very first runs.
