The Double Lock Ski/Walk mechanism allows you to easily switch between ski mode and walk mode, offering 80° of articulation on ascents. This level of joint mobility reduces muscle fatigue on long climbs and makes your stride more fluid. The forward lean is also adjustable to two positions—14° or 17°—to adapt the stance to the skier’s body type or terrain conditions. The full-length rubber outsole ensures good traction on mixed surfaces encountered during the approach or transitions.
A precise fit for reliable support on the descent
The closure system combines two buckles and a Power Strap, complemented by a Velcro Spoiler on the cuff. This setup allows for progressive adjustment of tightness, from the foot up to the shin, to adapt the support based on the steepness of the slope and skiing style. The thermoformable liner with internal lacing—known as the Lace Liner—molds precisely to the foot’s shape after heating, reducing pressure points and improving power transfer. The TRANSALP TS features certified Dynafit inserts, compatible with both PIN Low Tech bindings and Multi Norm bindings.
