A Helly Hansen NORA SHORT PUFFY ski jacket designed for freedom of movement

Designed for skiing, this women’s jacket features a cropped silhouette combined with two-way stretch fabric to promote freedom of movement on the slopes. The articulated sleeves move naturally with your body’s movements and changes in direction, without pulling on the shoulders or restricting the upper body. The synthetic down-like insulation, distributed throughout the jacket, provides warm, even coverage, ideal for winter conditions in the mountains. With its ski-specific cut and sizes ranging from S to XL, the Helly Hansen NORA SHORT PUFFY ski jacket strikes a balance between ease of movement and thermal protection.

Protection from the elements and comfort on the slopes

To meet the demands of skiing in resort areas, this ski jacket features fully taped seams that minimize moisture penetration in sensitive areas. The PFC-free durable water-repellent (DWR) treatment allows water to bead up and roll off the 100% polyester outer fabric, helping to keep the surface less saturated in snowy conditions or when moisture persists. The adjustable snow skirt forms an additional barrier at the waist to reduce snow infiltration during falls or when traversing deep snow. The elastic cuffs ensure a snug fit around the wrist, which helps keep gloves in place and minimizes unpleasant drafts. The two-way YKK® zipper provides an adjustable opening, making it easy to adjust the fit or ventilate without compromising front protection.

Features Designed for Skiing and Mountain Adventures

The Helly Hansen NORA SHORT PUFFY ski jacket is designed to help you make the most of your days on the slopes thanks to targeted functional details. The adjustable hood with a drawcord lets you tailor head protection to weather conditions, whether it’s wind or snowfall. The brushed-lining hand pockets provide a place to warm your fingers between runs, while maintaining a soft feel against the skin. The ski pass pocket, integrated into the garment’s construction, makes it easier to pass through the ski lifts and eliminates the need to take out your pass at every checkpoint. The all-polyester construction for the shell, lining, and insulation simplifies care while ensuring a consistent structure across the different layers. Finally, its eligibility for the SKI FREE program underscores this model’s focus on skiing, designed to support regular use at the resort.
