Designed for young skiers competing in alpine skiing, the Energiapura PLASTIC JR A011 BLACK shin guard meets the demands of alpine ski races, where collisions with gate poles are common. Its lightweight, durable plastic shell, lined with soft foam padding, helps reduce the risks associated with direct impacts to the shin. It features the same design as the protective gear used in the World Cup, adapted here for junior sizes.

Energiapura PLASTIC JR A011 BLACK Shin Guard: Designed for Junior Competition

The plastic shell of this shin guard provides the first line of defense against impacts from gate posts. It is reinforced internally with soft foam padding that absorbs some of the impact energy without adding weight to the overall design. Available in two lengths, 31 cm and 36 cm, it adapts to the different body types of young athletes, which is essential for ensuring consistent positioning on the shin when passing through the gates. CE Category I certification confirms that the product meets the minimum protection requirements defined by current European standards.

Adjustable fit to stay in place during the race

The fastening system uses elastic straps adjustable with Velcro, allowing the tightness to be adjusted according to the runner’s body type and the thickness of the gear worn underneath. This system also makes it easy to quickly put on and take off the brace between runs—a practical advantage on competition days. The shape of the shell, identical to that of the benchmark models used in the World Cup, ensures consistent coverage of the shin area without restricting freedom of movement.
