The PATAGONIA Nano Puff® was created to accompany mountaineers at high altitudes, but its versatility quickly made it an essential for all outdoor activities. Its 100% recycled ripstop polyester construction, treated with a durable water-repellent finish without PFAS, allows it to repel moisture while remaining exceptionally lightweight. The PrimaLoft® Gold Eco 60 g insulation, also fully recycled, retains its warmth even when wet while weighing next to nothing, making it an ideal choice for hiking, climbing, or unpredictable weather.

Comfort that follows every movement

The Nano Puff® has been redesigned for even greater ease and a better fit. The armholes and shoulders have been optimized to maximize freedom of movement, while the slightly longer silhouette makes it easier to layer. The signature horizontal quilting, stabilized by an abrasion-resistant thread, distributes the insulation evenly and allows the vest to retain its thermal power without adding bulk. The front zipper is accompanied by a breathable inner flap and soft chin protection, providing a comfortable feel against the skin.

A durable, practical design built to last

Two zippered handwarmer pockets keep essentials secure, while the interior zippered pocket doubles as a storage bag, making it easy to slip into a backpack. Plus, the discreet drawcord at the hem keeps the heat close to your body on windy days. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, this vest also supports more responsible working conditions. Weighing in at just 235 g, it is one of the most effective, compressible, and versatile thermal layers in the Patagonia range.

A reliable, warm and remarkably practical vest, ready to accompany you on all your outdoor adventures.
