Designed for demanding adventurers, the La Sportiva Aequilibrium ST Woman GTX is a technical hiking boot built to tackle the most varied alpine terrain. Whether you’re tackling a challenging via ferrata, a glacier traverse, a technical trek, or mixed terrain, this model offers the perfect balance of lightness, protection, and performance.
A lightweight, high-performance alpine boot
Thanks to its innovative design, the Aequilibrium ST Woman GTX ensures excellent walking fluidity and remarkable comfort during long days in the mountains. Its exclusive Double Heel™ system features a dual-stiffener rear geometry that enhances braking performance on descents while promoting a more natural foot roll. The result: a significant reduction in muscle fatigue, even during technical outings or long approaches.
The sole construction combines lightness and durability with an external Rubber Guard™ structure paired with internal cushioning foam. This design minimizes rubber usage while enhancing cushioning and impact protection.
Maximum protection and precise support
The water-repellent Nylon 6.6 upper with HoneyComb Guard™ technology ensures high abrasion resistance while keeping weight down. TPU reinforcements at the toe and heel increase durability and precision fit on rough terrain.
The 3D Flex System Evo™ enhances the ankle’s natural mobility while providing precise and secure support. The malleoli are protected by abrasion-resistant TPU inserts to ensure stability and control during technical sections.
A flexible snow gaiter at the collar effectively protects against the intrusion of snow, rocks, and debris. The integrated gusseted tongue optimizes comfort when putting on the boot and improves overall waterproofing.
Compatible with technical alpine terrain
The semi-crampon-compatible midsole makes this boot compatible with semi-automatic crampons, ideal for safe navigation on hard snow or occasional ice. The Vibram® SpringLug Tech outsole combined with Impact Brake System™ technology ensures powerful grip, excellent traction, and great stability on rock, technical trails, and alpine terrain.
Featuring a GORE-TEX Performance Comfort membrane, the Aequilibrium ST Woman GTX provides durable waterproof and breathable protection to keep your feet dry in any weather conditions.
