Designed for young skiers competing and training, the Leki WCR Core TR Junior gloves meet the demands of alpine racing with a technical construction tailored to growing hands. The Race Fit cut, characterized by a pronounced pre-curvature, conforms to the hand’s natural position on the pole, while the SOFT-TEX® membrane provides reliable waterproofing and wind protection when navigating the gates.

The integrated Trigger system establishes a direct connection between the hand and the pole, promoting precise control and force transmission without unnecessary intermediaries. This feature is compatible with Leki poles equipped with the same system, ensuring technical consistency across the gear. The palm, made of 100% goatskin leather, features silicone and PU reinforcements to maintain a secure grip in demanding conditions, whether during slalom training or a competition run.

Protection and insulation for racing in winter

Hand protection against contact with the gates is provided by ceramic-reinforced EVA padding, complemented by a ceramic shell and stretch softshell that absorbs repeated impacts without adding bulk to the glove. The insulation combines Thinsulate™ in the palm and Hyperloft on the back of the hand—two materials known for their ability to retain heat without adding excessive bulk. The Micro Bemberg lining completes the design, providing a soft feel against the skin, even during long sessions in extreme cold.

The SOFT-TEX® membrane, made of 100% thermoplastic polyurethane, plays a central role in managing moisture and wind—two critical factors in alpine racing conditions. Available in black, neon pink, and neon yellow, the jacket ensures high visibility on the slopes—a crucial consideration during group training sessions. Sizes range from 6 to 8, covering a wide range of junior body types for a precise fit.
