Black Diamond Guide BT avalanche transceiver

The Guide BT avalanche transceiver has 3 antennae, giving it a circular, symmetrical range of 60 M, unlike other avalanche transceivers, which tend to have an elliptical range.

Its digital processing enables it to pick up signals from devices whose frequency may be deviated by the elements in the field.

The Black Diamond Guide BT avalanche transceiver also features an advanced search function for multiple victims. The device detects the number of transmitting transceivers, isolates them and locks on to the strongest signal. Victims can also be marked to change the search.

In the event of over-avalanche, a motion sensor automatically switches from search to transmit mode.

The Guide BT also features a 3D inclinometer to measure the inclination of the terrain.

It has a Bluetooth connection, enabling updates to be carried out via your smartphone on a free app.

It is compatible with Pieps Iprobe and TX600 systems. Its launch price is €400.

Auto-Antenna-switch
If the transmitting antenna encounters interference from electronic devices or metal, the other antenna is automatically activated.

Auto-Search-To-Send
This function enables the PIEPS PRO BT to switch automatically from search to transmit mode when the device is not in use for a certain period of time (avalanche).

iProbe Support
The Pieps Pro BT can be temporarily deactivated using the iProbe intelligent probe. The strongest signal is automatically displayed on the receiver.

Group check

TX600 tool
The Pieps TX600 is a mini-transmitter for dogs and equipment, which transmit outside the EN300718 reference frequency. They can therefore be found with the Pieps Pro BT.
