Mammut Probe 240 Speed Lock snow probe
The snow probe is an essential part of the search for an avalanche victim. Together with the shovel and the avalanche transceiver, it makes up the mandatory trilogy for off-piste skiing safety.
This aluminium snow probe is lightweight and compact. It has 6 strands of 11mm diameter, with a total length of 240cm.
When folded, the Mammut Probe 240 Speed Lock is just 45 cm long. It fits easily into the safety compartment of your rucksack.
Probe graduated in centimetres on both sides.
Thanks to its Speed Lock system, this probe can be used with gloves.
