With its 70-metre search bandwidth, the Barryvox® is one of the best devices in the world. And we know that only an easy-to-use avalanche transceiver can save lives in an emergency.

That's why the new Barryvox® is now even easier to use. Digital/analogue detector with 3 antennae. The new Barryvox® S, with its long reception range and effective search bandwidth of 70 metres, offers users a large, simple interface and intuitive operation. In other words, it provides clear instructions thanks to its ultra-simple operating concept and enables fast, accurate searches thanks to the Smart Search function. To protect rescuers who are not involved in the search, we have integrated the Rescue SEND function into the Barryvox® S. In the event of a second avalanche burying a rescuer, the SEND mode is automatically activated and signals the position of the burial. The Barryvox® S is also equipped with the Smart Search function, which reacts according to the search actions of the rescuer.

The new-generation Barryvox® continues the impeccable reliability that already characterised earlier avalanche transceivers (ATDs). At the same time, we've greatly improved its application possibilities and performance. This new generation combines high-performance research with intuitive operation to find avalanche victims quickly, easily and reliably.
