POC Fornix MIPS POW JJ Helmet - Mineral Grey Matt
Developed in collaboration with Jeremy Jones and in support of the Protect Our Winters association, this POC Fornix MIPS POW JJ helmet combines performance and commitment. Its lightweight, durable polycarbonate shell, combined with an EPS liner, provides effective protection while keeping weight to a minimum. Aramid reinforcements strengthen the structure for increased safety against penetration.
Comfort and custom fit
The 360° adjustment system and cradle adjustment make it easy to achieve a precise and comfortable fit without changing the padding. Thicker padding around the perimeter and crown provides optimal cushioning at contact points. The adjustable chin guard, inspired by cycling helmets, ensures flexibility and comfort, whether the soft, flexible ear pads are attached or not. These removable pads provide warmth and wind protection when temperatures drop.
Practical features and environmental commitment
The helmet has fully adjustable ventilation and ventilation channels aligned with the goggles to prevent fogging. The clip at the back ensures that goggles are securely fastened. In addition, 10% of sales are donated to Protect Our Winters, reinforcing POC's commitment to preserving the mountains and their natural spaces.
