Dynastar SPEED 650 Konnect + SPX12 Ski Set

This ski set is designed for advanced to expert male skiers looking for performance on groomed runs without sacrificing maneuverability. The Dynastar Speed 650 Konnect combines a Full Sidewall Sandwich construction with tip rocker to deliver precise carving and responsiveness at high speeds. Equipped with Look SPX 12 Konect GW bindings, this package offers a cohesive setup for performance-oriented alpine skiing.

The Speed 650 Konnect + SPX12 Pack, designed for powerful carving on the slopes

The ski features a sidecut of 119 mm at the tip, 67 mm at the waist, and 104 mm at the tail, resulting in a 12-meter turning radius at the standard length of 166 cm. These dimensions promote precise turns and solid edge grip on groomed runs. The Full Sidewall Sandwich construction enhances edge grip, resulting in a direct response to the skier’s movements, even at high speeds. Tip rocker, present only at the tip, makes it easier to initiate turns without compromising stability during the turn.

A Hybrid Poplar PU core for a balance of lightness and dynamism

The Hybrid Poplar PU core combines poplar—known for its lightness and lively feel—with polyurethane foam that helps absorb vibrations. This choice of materials contributes to a total weight of 1.7 kg, which is relatively light for a performance-oriented carving ski. The design is part of an eco-design approach championed by the manufacturer for this type of core. Inspired by World Cup racing skis, the Speed 650 Konnect incorporates technologies developed for slalom, adapted here for use on the slopes by experienced recreational skiers.

SPX 12 Konect GW bindings suited to the ski’s performance level

The Look SPX 12 Konect GW B80 bindings are included in this package and cover a DIN range of 3.5 to 12, which corresponds to the profile of an advanced to expert skier. Their 180° multidirectional release helps reduce the risk of injury in the event of a fall, though it does not guarantee total protection. The tool-free adjustment feature allows you to adjust the sole length to fit your boot without requiring any special tools. Gripwalk compatibility expands the selection of compatible boots, including models with Gripwalk soles.

The Speed 650 Konnect + SPX12 Ski Pack combines the technical features of a high-performance alpine ski with bindings calibrated to meet the demands of advanced skiers.
