SPX 13 GW B100: Power and Control on All Terrain

The Full Action Toe front toe piece is designed to ensure both optimal foot retention and direct power transfer to the ski. With a 45 mm elastic travel in the toe piece, this technology absorbs unwanted stresses before they trigger the binding, thereby reducing unwanted pre-releases during technical sections or changes in terrain. The 180° multidirectional release, meanwhile, ensures the binding opens in a wide range of situations, helping to minimize risks in the event of a fall.

A heel piece designed for shock absorption

The SPX Heel Piece complements this system with a 27 mm elastic travel, designed to dampen vibrations transmitted by the ski when skiing on hard snow or varied terrain. This shock-absorbing capability reduces muscle fatigue during long days on the slopes and minimizes the frequency of unintended releases caused by impacts, without compromising the binding’s responsiveness. The 19.5 mm toe piece height is part of a geometry designed to maintain a precise interface between the boot and the ski.
