A technical and ultra-functional backpack for serious freeriders

With a capacity of 28 liters, the Ravine lets you carry all the essential gear without any excess. Thanks to its multiple openings (top, front, side), you can quickly access all your gear without having to put the bag down. In addition, Ortovox has integrated a specific compartment for crampons and knives at the base of the bag—always within reach during technical passages.

Carrying wide skis? No problem. A quick-release parallel attachment with carabiner lets you secure them in a flash. You also benefit from the classic A-Skifix and D-Skifix systems (up to 150 mm at the waist). Rope, helmet, ice axe, poles: everything has its place.

Enjoy a high level of comfort and safety on the move

When it comes to carrying, the Ergonomic Full Contact Light back system molds to the shape of your back for optimal load distribution without instability. And for the most challenging descents, you can insert the CLASP Spine Protector (sold separately), which is certified to motorcycle standards.

The separate safety compartment holds a shovel, probe and a lightweight ice axe for quick access in an emergency. A special pocket for valuables with a key holder, a card compartment and a chest strap with an emergency whistle complete this well-designed backpack.

Ortovox cares about the environment. The Ravine 28 is made entirely from recycled materials, is PFC-free, and is produced in a climate-neutral way. It uses a robust mix of 420D Cordura polyamide and 100D recycled polyamide, ensuring both durability and lightness.
