Carbon Core Shell Pebax Rnew
The low-volume shell of the Scarpa 4-QUATRO PRO is made from Pebax Rnew, a renewable material, combined with exclusive Carbon Core Shell technology. Thanks to an over-injected carbon insert, energy transfer to the ski is direct and precise, ensuring optimal control and exceptional responsiveness, even in difficult snow conditions or at high speeds.
This construction also provides an excellent compromise between lightness, rigidity, and durability, perfectly meeting the demands of modern freeriding.
An ultra-reliable walk/ski system for challenging descents
Secure Speed Lock 4
The new Secure Speed Lock 4 mechanism, made entirely of aluminum, has been reinforced for intensive freeride use. In the ski position, the lock is extremely rigid and secure, offering support comparable to that of a real alpine ski boot.
This system guarantees reliable locking even at high speeds, during heavy impacts or in extreme conditions, allowing you to take full advantage of a 130+ flex designed for powerful and technical skiers.
Precise and high-performance support
PVC-free Booster Strap & 4 magnesium hooks
The Scarpa 4-QUATRO PRO is equipped with a PVC-free, elastic and stretchy Booster Strap, allowing maximum tightening to increase precision and performance on the descent. The cushioning provided by the strap effectively protects your shins from impact.
This strap also incorporates RECCO technology, a major safety feature that makes it easier for rescue teams to locate skiers in the event of an accident or avalanche.
The four lightweight and durable magnesium buckles are easy to use with gloves. Micrometric adjustment and steel cables ensure even pressure distribution across the entire foot for a precise and comfortable fit.
A thermoformable liner for customized comfort
4 PRO FLEX RIDE by Intuition
The 4 PRO FLEX RIDE liner, developed with Intuition, is fully thermoformable. Thanks to the closed-cell Intuition Foam, it perfectly conforms to the shape of your foot while providing excellent thermal insulation.
The new plastic tongue improves shin support while limiting pressure points, while the Ortholite insole made of O-Term material ensures maximum insulation for long, comfortable skiing.
To fully exploit the potential of these boots, it is strongly recommended that you have the liner thermoformed by an authorized boot fitter from the SCARPA network.
