The Millet UBIC GTX 3L Hiking Jacket features a GORE-TEX ePE 3L Recycled construction, with a 100% recycled polyester outer shell, to provide an effective barrier against rain and wind while minimizing the impact on resources. Its windproof and waterproof fabric, combined with a DWR water-repellent treatment, helps keep you dry longer in the rain. The unlined 3-layer construction combines the membrane and outer fabric into a technical unit designed to withstand outdoor use. Designed to handle all weather conditions, this jacket is suitable for hiking and long treks year-round.
With its regular fit, the Millet UBIC GTX 3L Hiking Jacket strikes a balance between freedom of movement and comfort, whether on rolling trails or more technical terrain. The central opening with a waterproof YKK® zipper helps limit water ingress at the chest, while the protective storm flap adds an extra barrier behind the zipper. The single-point adjustable hem, complemented by an elastic drawcord with a self-locking mechanism, helps limit drafts and adjust the volume based on the layers worn underneath during hikes and treks.
The hood, with drawcord adjustments and stoppers, offers a precise fit around the head to improve protection in windy conditions or during heavy rain. The cuffs, adjustable via Velcro tabs, allow you to tighten the fit around the wrists to limit air or water infiltration depending on conditions. Zippered underarm vents help regulate temperature and internal humidity during prolonged exertion, a welcome feature on ascents or during long hiking days. The two hand pockets with waterproof zippers provide practical and secure storage for small items you’ll need on the trail.
