The OPINEL No. 08 stands out for its ingenious design, ideal for harvesting morels, porcini, boletus, and chanterelle mushrooms. Its 8 cm curved blade makes it easy to cut close to the ground, while the serrated back allows you to gently scrape away the soil. At the end of the handle, the natural bristle brush gently cleans the mushrooms without damaging them: an essential tool for keeping your harvest clean and ready to cook.

High-quality, durable materials

Made from specially optimized stainless steel, this knife is corrosion resistant. Its hardness (55-57 HRC) guarantees excellent sharpness and high wear resistance, without requiring any special maintenance. The beech wood handle, PEFC certified and sourced from sustainably managed forests, provides robustness and natural aesthetics. Varnished, it is more resistant to moisture and retains its shine over time.
