Delivery times and methods

Orders received before 12 noon are processed the same day, except for certain specific products such as skis and snowboards that require binding assembly. For these items, additional time may be required before shipping. However, we strive to prepare them as quickly as possible.
Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the following day.
It is important to note that the delivery time indicated when you place your order is an estimate based on the date of shipment. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are added to the initial delivery time. We recommend that you consult the page dedicated to delivery times for more detailed information.
Order tracking is available in your customer account and will also be sent to you by email. This will allow you to track the progress of your delivery and estimate the date of receipt.

Only Speck-Sports gift cards are accepted on our website.
ANCV, TIR CROUPE, KADEOS (except culture) and CADHOC vouchers are only accepted in our physical stores.

- Createa customer account on our site, which will enable you to benefit from certain advantages such as the accumulation of vouchers for your future orders. Browse our site and add the products you wish to purchase to your basket, specifying the quantity you require for each item and adjusting it if necessary.
- Please note the assembly instructions for your skis and snowboards. Please complete all the assembly instructions. This will enable us to prepare and dispatch your order within the timeframe announced on the website. Lack of assembly instructions may cause delays in the preparation of your order.
- Please ensure that you provide a correct delivery address where you would like to receive your order. If necessary, you can also change the billing address.
- Select the delivery method that suits you best from the available options. You can choose the carrier and delivery time according to your preferences.
