Bring good walking shoes and a trusty headlamp to get through the tunnels, which are plunged into darkness.Water and snacks will not go amiss in your rucksack. The trickiest part of the hike is made up ofmetal ladders that are almost vertical staircases: 6 ladders and 252 steps. The average duration of this hike is 6h55 for a distance of 13.1km with a positive difference in altitude of 1118m and a negative difference of 1242m.
